AGREEMENT BETWEEN AUTHOR & PUBLISHER:

A. Definition of Terms:
(1) Author is the person who submitted an article via this form;
(2) Publisher is the Go Baguio! webmaster;
(3) Go Baguio! is any or all of the following:
(a) www.gobaguio.com website
(b) the Go Baguio! newsletter
(c) the Go Baguio! site/webmaster's blog

B. Publisher reserves the following rights:
(1) to edit author's submissions for spelling and grammatical errors. 
(2) to lay author's article out in a manner we feel will be pleasing to the reader, 
including but not limited to, placing relevant images on the webpage.
(3) to publish author's work for an unlimited number of times and for an unlimited 
lenght of time until author causes the same to be removed via a written request.
(4) to publish your article or excerpts therefrom in the following publications:
(a) www.gobaguio.com website
(b) the Go Baguio! newsletter
(c) the Go Baguio! site/webmaster's blog
(5) To refuse publication of any and all submitted articles, at its discretion.

C. By submitting an article author makes the following representations 
and warranties:
(1) the author is the only author of the work; 
(2) the author is the exclusive owner of all the rights transferred in the agreement to 
the publisher and these rights have not previously been transferred to another party; 
(3) the author's work is original except for any copyrightable material included in the 
work by the author for which permissions have been obtained by the author; 
(4) the work has not been previously published; 
(5) the work is not in the public domain; 
(6) the work does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark or other 
proprietary rights; 
(7) the work is not libelous, obscene or otherwise contrary to the law; 
(8) the work does not violate any third party's right of privacy or publicity; 
(9) all statements of fact in the work are true and based upon deliberative research 
and all instruction and advice in the work is harmless and not negligent or defective; and 
(10) the author has the full power to enter into this agreement with the publisher and 
agrees not to enter into any other agreement that conflicts with the rights granted to 
the publisher in this agreement.
